1. Your agreement with Biz Max
These terms govern use of BuyerCopy, operated by Biz Max. Think Basis builds and runs the technology. By creating an account and subscribing, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

2. The service
BuyerCopy is an AI chat service. Copy Fix improves existing copy using Bill’s marketing method, from Biz Max. Website Review reviews one submitted page from a marketing perspective and provides a short verdict and a full report. Outputs may contain errors. Check the facts and suitability of an answer before publishing or relying on it. Marketing outcomes are not assured.
Anthropic processes content to generate answers. TypeSafe screens messages for abuse. WorkOS handles sign-in, and Stripe handles payments. Firecrawl and Cloudflare capture pages submitted for review. Only submit content and URLs you have the right to use.
3. Accounts
Create an account before subscribing. Keep access to your account secure, provide accurate information and contact us if you believe someone has used your account without permission.
4. Subscription and credits
The subscription costs $49 USD per month, plus any applicable tax, and includes a monthly credit allowance shown in the app. Payment is required before using the Tools. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
Copy Fix and Website Review use credits. The app displays the balance. When credits run out, new Tool runs pause. Saved history remains available. You can purchase a $5 top-up or wait for the monthly allowance to renew.

5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing settings and manage payment details there. Account closure for abuse ends access without refund, subject to any rights that applicable law requires.

6. Your content and our materials
You retain your rights in the material you submit. You permit processing of that material as needed to provide the service and conduct the abuse review described here and in the privacy policy. Your copy and conversations are not used to train AI models. BuyerCopy’s AI providers do not train on submitted content.
Bill owns his method and Skill content. Think Basis owns the code and infrastructure. Subscribing gives you access to the Tools; it does not give you rights to extract or distribute their protected instructions or Skill content.

7. Acceptable use and abuse response
Do not attempt to extract hidden instructions or Skill content, bypass safeguards, gain unauthorised access, or use the service for unlawful activity.
A confirmed first extraction attempt results in a warning, with no credit charged for that attempt. A second confirmed attempt within 30 days pauses the account and blocks the Tools pending review by restricted reviewers at Biz Max and Think Basis. Weak flags do not count as strikes. Strikes expire after 30 days.
The subscription remains unchanged during a pause. Reviewers may restore or close the account. If no decision is made within 48 hours, the account stays paused. Closure for abuse ends access without refund, subject to applicable law.
Malicious instructions found inside a fetched page stop that review, but do not count as a strike against the user who submitted the URL. Flagged extraction messages are kept in a restricted store for 30 days for human review and adjustments to detection thresholds and rules. They are not used to train AI models.
8. Saved conversations
BuyerCopy keeps conversations while the subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends, then deletes them. You can delete a conversation anytime. Service providers that process messages keep copies under their own retention terms, as the privacy policy describes. Conversation content, pasted copy and fetched page content stay out of application logs, analytics and error reports. Flagged extraction attempts have the separate 30-day retention described above.
9. Availability and responsibility
The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. You are responsible for checking generated content and deciding how to use it.
